Where are you located?
All of our candles are hand poured in Los Angeles, CA.
I want to pick up my order. How does the local pick-up option work?
Pick up is in Compton, CA. If you are interested in picking up your order, you can select the local pick-up option at checkout. If you select this option, you will not be charged a shipping fee. We will reach out to you via email once your order is ready (usually within 1-2 business days) to coordinate a pick- up day and time.
Do you offer gift cards for candles?
We do not offer gift cards at this time.
What if I buy an 8oz candle and don’t like the scent?
We recognize that buying candles online can be challenging. Buying a product that you can’t physically smell is difficult which is why you can now purchase individual tea light samples before committing to our 8oz amber jar candles! :)Â
About our individual tealight samplers.
Individual tea light samplers are meant to be ordered as stand alone products to help you with your candle scent selection process.

All candle orders come with a free tea light sample! If there is a specific candle scent that you would like to sample, feel free to let us know in the note section . :)Â
Do you refund or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds for online orders or for candles bought via a retailer. However, if you ordered online and your candle arrives broken, we will gladly mail you a replacement. For this, we may ask you for a proof of purchase and or a picture of the broken item. If you are completely unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email so that we can figure out a way to make it right.Â
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We offer replacement candles for candles that arrive broken. However, we are not liable for melted candles. Â Candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher. Therefore, it is important that your candles be stored and placed in cool shaded areas. During the hotter seasons, we package candles with cool shield packaging and encourage you to keep track of your order to decrease the risk of your candle being left out in direct sunlight for a long period of time.
I left my package out in the sun and now my candle has melt marks on the surface of the wax...
It happens! Sometimes we get busy and lose track of our deliveries. The good thing- it’s totally fixable! If your candle arrives with little melt marks, you can use the heat setting on a hair blow dryer to melt the top of the surface wax. The heat will melt away the marks and leave your candle tops looking nice and smooth!
Do you offer wholesale for companies looking to gift, to retailers interested in selling candles, or for special events?
Yes, we offer different wholesale pricing options including net payment terms for retailers and local shops interested in selling candles. We also offer wholesale pricing for companies or organizations interested in buying candles for company gifts.
